it was a great room and service but don't let them fool u with the "free lunch" it's ANOTHER time share seminar that will last FOREVER.. They completely wasted our day again. Other than that its a good place to stay. the workers are just doing their job it just sucks.
We was there August 2-9 and we had a wonderful time.we're planning on coming back soon.everyone was very very nice to us.and I have told everyone that I know about Westgate!

We love this resort. We had a bad experience at another hotel on strip. We left and went to Westgate. They are definitely underrated they should be 5stars. We are even thinking about timeshares with them because they have some many locations.
My sister and our two dogs had an awesome stay here. Staff was very friendly and everything was clean. Not 5 stars only because the instructions to get to Tower 2000 first night was horrible lol. I imagine when construction over access will be easier.
