Reviews from visitors:
My family booked the week here. Rooms was nice just needed to be updated. We loved the view. Heated pools was a great plus since we came in cooler months. Only half of the jets in the hot tub worked all week. Overall not bad just all needed updating. The thing I felt is killing their business is the staff. All was very very rude. Don’t seem to like their jobs or people.
Been to many 3 star hotels....many
I think this one needs reviews on what a 3 star hotel consist of.
1 star for view and location
Cleanliness of room .5
Staff .5
Entry/loading unloading .5
I personally could not verify a 3 star atmosphere.
Make your own choice.
I would hate to have seen a blacklight in my room....
Better than some chain hotels but not a 3 star sorry
I called weeks and days in advance to make sure I was placed on a high floor when I checked in. When I arrived we were placed on the second floor right above the pool. That is my only complaint! The stay overall was amazing. The rooms were spacious and cleans. The cleaning staff were very attentive and kind!
Very nice place in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Close to entertainment for kids and adults. The room was excellent. My wife and I went in the off season, so it was very inexpensive. They have an indoor pool, lazy river(both heated) and hot tub. There's also 2 heated pools outside, a kids water play area and a couple of more hot tubs. The staff were super nice except for one of the security guards who had a Barney Fife complex. Overall our stay was great and we would definitely come back.
We had a very nice stay. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. All the pools are heated ( inside and outside).
The elevators and common areas were cleaned frequently. Beautiful views. Perfect beach access.
A couple of negative marks,
1) parking is not close enough ( especially for those who are older or have physical limitations)
2) the older section needs a little attention as you can see in the pictures
3) it would have been nice to know up front, they charge $20 PER NIGHT for resort fees
Overall, it was a great experience ! We enjoyed our time there.
