We recently stayed at the Sheraton Four Point for our son's basketball tournament and had an amazing time! The hotel was extremely clean, quiet and the service was excellent! The bar and restaurant had delicious food, drinks and great atmosphere. The Regional Director Harsh was very professional, personable and attentive to all of the customers. He always made sure we were happy and receiving great service. The gym was clean and had a great selection of equipment. The outdoor pool was nice with comfy chairs for lounging. We will definitely stay here again!!! Thanks Harsh for all you did to make our stay so nice!
First and foremost where do I begin? The staff here is exceptional, the facility is super clean and the rooms are wonderful. The beds are really comfortable, and they have what appears to be germ resistant blankets. They offer a spacious lobby, a dining area that seats most likely up to 75 people or more! The workout area is truly upscale for a whole hotel. The pool area provides a enclosed sitting area, and an outdoor pool. The grounds are well kept and the appearance is modern! The general manager Hersh is a absolutely amazing, his staff goes above and beyond the customer service that’s standard. I’m going to be a returning customer from here on out!
We stayed here for a volleyball tournament and were wowed from the moment we walked in. The lobby is HUGE and everyone at the front desk was extremely welcoming. Hirsh (Hersh?) took great care of our group and went completely above and beyond on the hospitality end; I've never met a more kind and professional person in any previous hotel stay. The entire staff in general were just wonderful and did everything they could to make our stay awesome. Kids and parents both loved that we could hang in the common areas and outside on the deck. Rooms were great, just keep in mind that not all have refrigerators so be sure to check ahead if you need that! No major issues and honestly even if there had been, I have no doubt the staff would have corrected it immediately.
Our stay at The Four Point was an excellent break from winter. We stayed in a river view front Room on the fourth floor and the view were splendid! Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, fantastic food and excellent service at the lobby bar. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly.
My husband and I stayed here 3 nights over the weekend.
Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Pros:
- very nice and helpful staff
- enormous lobby with plenty of room to work, hang out, relax
- very nice pool area and gym!
- such a peaceful area right on the river
- great decor
Cons:
- very small rooms
- pretty dark vanity lighting... I couldn’t do my makeup in the bathroom
- the bed was really uncomfortable... extremely firm and sloped down a bit near the head of the bed— my husband and I tossed all night each night and noticed we weren’t rested in the morning. This def shocked me as we are used to the usual Marriott excellence with these things
- the rooms were noticeably a renovation
- the bar/restaurant has very minimal food offerings so we didn’t have much choice what to eat
- there wasn’t much soundproofing and we could hear every sentence people were saying as they walked by while we were on the far end of the room.
All in all, the only thing that would prevent us from staying here in the future is the bed quality. A good nights sleep is a non-negotiable for us— especially after traveling and on holiday.
But it is a clean hotel with a good atmosphere and friendly staff!
