Extremely clean rooms; friendly staff; quiet, peaceful atmosphere; short walk to beach; walking distance to restaurants/shops
As a long term tenant here since last September. And also a former property manager for Wyndham Destinations, the property overall is nice and has a lot of potential.. it has a great location and the rooms have been updated, but management and maintenance dont respect or respond to people in a courteous manner .. they want to turn the room over and double book it for the money. Sadly, the management here is more concerned almighty the dollar than. guest satisfaction. They make money off of dishonesty and lack integrity.
DO NOT GO HERE! READ BEFORE YOU BOOK!
We booked the king suite and when we opened the door it was the wrong room. We thought, "Oh surely this must've just been a mistake," so we went back to the front desk to tell her. She flippantly told us the AC was acting up in the king suite, so she gave us a different room. Had she told us ahead of time, I would've cancelled the reservation.
We had to find another place to stay because the beds in the downgrade were too small for both me and my boyfriend. Not to mention, they expected us to pay the king suite price for the downgrade!!
It's been days and I'm still fighting to get a refund for a room that was never available for me to stay in. Don't waste your time here.
My husband and I like it! Nice place, the room was clean, the host was kind. The pool and hot tub were open. We had breakfast and the beach is 5 min or less walking! We will be back soon!
If you grew up living in a swamp and lived in a hovel, you might consider this place an upgrade. The owners son is a punk. Stay away.
