My family and I loved our stay at this resort. The entire resort is clean, the pools are clean, friendly staff, food and fun minutes away, pools stayed open until 11pm.
Always love it here! This is our 5th time. The furnishings are becoming dated but having the washer and dryer are the most welcome. Having the balcony looking to the ocean is the most wonderful. The housekeeping staff are great. They appear most everyday to replenish the towels(bathroom and kitchen), empty the trash and clean and change the bed each week!! They also provide the dishwasher detergent along with lotions, hand soap Kleenex and tp.
The beach is so close and is always kept clean. Parking is across the street. Checking in and out is fast and easy always with friendly staff. It gets very congested with so many cking in and out but a guard is right there to keep order.
Highly recommend staying here. We'll be back!!
Dirty rooms, elevator and flooring. Loud air vents. You can hear your neighbors. Beware. Pool is old. Parking is across the street behind a store..odd.
Been 2 year in a row nice location, we love the room and pool areas. Evaluators can get overloaded and wait gets longer.
Very happy with both of my trips.
Had a problem with reservations and can't reach anyone through the 1800 number on their web site and hotel
