**Please Read**
As I booked this non-refundable hotel before reading the reviews, you could imagine how terrified I became once getting in here and reading everyone else’s horrible experiences...but as we arrived, our first impression of the place was great as we were able to check in earlier than expected. I didn’t expect a 5 star hotel, but I was extremely nervous about what the rooms would be like. As we walked through the breezeway to get to the elevator, I noticed the place was a bit older, and could use some updates for a fresher, more modern look, but even so, it wasn’t too bad. Once arriving at our room, we walked in to a nice, cozy, all necessities room. It did not have a smell of smoke, or filth. The floors were swept, and the bathroom was in good condition. I seen absolutely no problem with our room. We’ll be here a total of 5 days, and today is day 3, and we’re still happy with our personal experience thus far. For the price, I see nothing wrong with the facility—OTHER THAN the indoor pool area. Please please DO NOT attend this particular section of this hotel, as the doors won’t open from the inside. My boyfriend and I went down and was locked in for roughly 30 minutes. Neither of us had a phone, and with the rainy weather, passer-Byers were scarce. Luckily he found a window that opened to let himself out and able to open the door for me from the outside. Other than that incident, out stay has been complementary and relaxing. I hope this place starts looking up with reviews, as the staff was extremely nice and helpful as well.
If I could leave a negative 100 I would!!!!! Who let's visitors stay who informed them in the cancellation period they were exposed to COVID 19 to let them visit anyway without canceling and waiving fees! GREED AND PITIFUL! RUN FROM THIS HOTEL. THEY LET POSITIVE COVID VISITORS STAY.
The front staff was very friendly. It’s a low end hotel. We did get a good rate for the weekend for the winter time. Great oceanfront views!!!
Rooms were decent had a 6th floor room ocean view only problem the balcony door wouldn't open so I couldn't enjoy the view on the balcony
This place is beautiful and can see the beach from the hotel, so beautiful and relaxing
