I would give them 10 Stars for keeping everything very clean during COVID. Was there last weekend and everything was excellent all staff had mask on all customers/ guests also had their mask on. The elevators was extremely clean and they also have a sign up for only one person or families on the elevator at a time this made me feel very safe! The elevator are very fast so that is not a problem. Food is excellent. I can’t wait to return!
The hotel was very nice! The front desk staff was amazing, I was checked in quickly, all of our questions were answered and they were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The beds were incredibly soft! Only giving 4/5 stars because the bathroom was quite small and the walls were extremely thin I could hear the gentlemen in the room next us loud and clear(every single word), I could also hear when their door was being opened, it sounded like it was our door opening and closing. We could also clearly hear the ladies across from us having trouble opening their door. We ended up checking out the same night because the walls and hallway commotion took away from our romantic weekend getaway.
An absolute charming resort! I was not initially happy with my room (checked in 3/14/21) as it was a connecting room to a room with many loud guests!. A different front desk associate (can't remember her name) LIED to me that they were fully booked!) But when I expressed my concerns to Latoya at the front desk, she was really nice and changed me to a different room. What a shame for a front desk associate to lie!! Overall we had a great beach, pool and restaurant experience. Will be going back and avoiding the lying front desk lady for my check in!
The hotel itself and the room were beautiful. Went for a Valentine's day getaway... Wanted to book massages in the spa but were unfortunately closed. But the food and bar were great.
Excellent hotel and facilities. Super pools and beach. Although a few areas and services were unavailable due to the virus, staff was friendly. You can valet park for $18/day or park yourself in the adjacent parking garage. Not the hotels fault, but SC has some outrageous fees so add $50 a night. Only disappointment was I thought they might upgrade a room for a Marriott member, with the hotel being less than 60% full.
