I have been coming here since this place was built and have always enjoyed my stays. The ocean front rooms are wonderful. However, this is my first review as this visit was my birthday and I got the most pleasant surprise from Sherman , one of the front desk staff!! I mentioned it was my birthday when registering. Later that evening I heard a knock at the door and when I opened the door, there stood Sherman with two of the most beautiful balloons!!’ It made my birthday!!’ What’s so great, Sherman was so nice and helpful during our checking in but the thoughtful balloons was a big surprise and so appreciated., things like that one never forgets! Thank Sherman!
Great place to stay. Right on the strip and adjacent to the beach. Great balcony view of the strip & to watch sunset. Great view of beach, as well. Spacious and clean living space. Like a studio/efficiency apartment. Only myself & husband, but sleeps 4.
My only gripe, trash is not picked up, carpets not vacuumed and you have to request linen/towels. Prices were reasonable for 5 days 4 nights. Would definitely recommend
Rooms are clean and decent. Just a little lacking in basic upkeep and maintenance.
If I can give this hotel a lower rate I would. I really don't write reviews like this. Went there from the weekend for my birthday. First room me and husband checked in there was hair everywhere on floor in the kitchen and in the bathroom . So my husband went down to the front desk and told them, and they gave us another room. We get into the next room and I'm thinking everything was going to be cool. So I start cooking me and my husband some dinner. I looked up and I saw a roach crawling across the cabinet. I was done at this point with this hotel. My husband went and got his money. I will never stay at hotel again nor will recommend this place to anyone.
First time staying at BAy View and it was great! Had an issue with the toilet and maintenance was in the room like a minute after I hung up the phone to fix it. Spectacular customer service, clean and spacious unit, an amazing view of the Atlantic and STARBUCKS!! :-) We will definitely stay here again soon!
