I can't say enough good about this hotel! Staff was friendliest I've encountered at a hotel. View was awesome. Room was great. Price was good. They worked to fix any issues very quickly. Facility is a bit dated, but well maintained. Great for families!
I love Ruth in the Sea Level Restaurant. She is so sweet. I love these 2 ladies I think they are from Jamaica. They work in the Sea Level Restaurant and out at the bar outside. I can't remember their names but they are awesome! I really enjoy this hotel. Some times I get rooms that are not the cleanest but hopefully they can improve. I wish they had some rewards program because I have stayed here about 6 times in the past year. Thanks for the nice employees and I will return.
This was one of the very best overnight stays I have EVER had. The room was IMMACULATE!! We had a small kitchenette and it had anything you could want or need. The indoor swimming pool was gorgeous!! There were fresh towels provided, and there are 3, yup, three hot tubs! Absolutely worth every single penny. Oh...the view - SPECTACULAR!!!
Great hotel. Lots to do from the indoor pool and hot tubs, ping pong and pin ball, to the bowling alley and arcade. Not to mention the on site Starbucks and restaurants. You really don't have to leave because they even have a hotel shop that sells everything! Front desk staff were awesome and very accommodating. Just bring your luggage and your family and you're set! Huge and comfy rooms too!
Everything was good, kids gave it a 10. I think staff needs to rechecked in the arcade. The young lady was rude and overcharged me. One young man was trying his best not to do anything. But thanks to the other young man. Clean cut and professional and accommodating as he could be with the other 2. Maybe he should train them.
