Reviews from visitors:
The villas are great—clean, spacious and stocked with the things you need for an extended family stay. We’ve stayed here twice and although the second time, our room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, we would definitely stay again. The beach and pool weren’t crowded and the service was excellent. The spa in the adjacent property was great(although the restaurant was not).
an overall good experience. wish they treated their housekeeping a bit better. couldn't get into out room when we were promised because of the scheduling mistake on the Mariott's part. Besides that, wonderful amenities, great views, and right next to the beach! Had a two week trip here and wasn't bored, and that's hard to do with a family of 6! Would definitely recommend!
We booked this location for my daughter's birthday and it was much more than we thought. The room was very large. It was so nice and clean...this would be a place to stay longer than we did. The views were nice and we didn't even get to see all the location had to offer. We will definitely be back again!!
Went there to have a change of scenery and weather while I worked virtually. Nice location near the beach and relatively close to a lot of downtown spots. Wouldn't mind coming back here if I'm in myrtle beach again!
We've been coming to this resort for the past ten years and the concept of hospitality has completely diminished. Requests are dismissed or completely ignored. The property is well-manicured, but the rooms are beginning to show their age without sufficient upgrades. All TV stations went out Saturday, 1/16/21 during the NFL playoffs. Shards of broken glass found in our living room carpet. Flood lights on trees shine directly into lower-level rooms. Pools were inconsistently heated. Needed reservations to use the fitness center - even when empty, required 24 hour notice. All tables and chairs have a sign that says "Sanitized' or "Needs Cleaning" but the wind blows the cards all which ways - you have zero idea if the surfaces are safe or not. Activities center closed at 4PM - used to be open much later, they made it feel like we inconvenienced them for equipment.
