Me and my queen had a ball thats all.
Our stay in the two bedroom villa was fantastic. Our balcony had a great view of the courtyard and a fountain. We utilized the gas grills for steaks and burgers that were perfection. The walk to the beachfront was easy and paved. The space to clean sand off your feet was super handy. The kitchens had all the utensils we needed. The washer and dryer were small but perfect. Great place to stay.
Clean rooms friendly staff. Covid19 precautions. Hopefully next year no virus!
The presentation was good. Jimmie treated us with respect. He was very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. The one star comes in with the sales department that sold this to me. I specified on the phone, "so this trip does not cost me anything" ? This day is completely free all I had to do was go to the presentation. I asked the salesperson two times "free free"!
I get there and it cost me $26.00 . That is not free! $26 not a lot of money but I hate being lied to. Talk to a salesperson at the hotel the day of check-in,you know the people that are holding your $200 deposit hostage, he said it was in the email. Well you don't get the email until after the fact! I was flat out lied to it was nothing I could do they had my $200 deposit. If I wanted it back I had to suck up the fact that they lied to me. Needless to say I would not buy anything from them. I was already cheated.
Our room was definitely just not cleaned enough. We had no hand towel and no hand soap. There was a cigarette butt on the balcony. Also the resort just desperately needs some updating. For how much you pay for a timeshare it's definitely just not up to standards.
