This place is filthy! Cigarette burns everywhere. Curtains were all torn up. Moved the dresser in front of the door because the door wouldn’t lock. The trash cans had trash in them from the last person that stayed in room. Bathroom light wouldn’t turn on. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Not suitable for families. Paid $500 for one night, when it should have been $40 a night at best. Save your money!!!!!!!
Nothing but a trashy suspect looking hotel! Website failed to mention the NO REFUND policy! Lady working the desk kept saying on Booking.com it explains our policy. I did not use booking.com to book I called the hotel directly and she never said a word. Sketchy looking people walking around she tried to say that was security. Won't give the name of the owner which is bull. They own the place the information should be available so you can place your complaints with them!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!
Not only was there drugs all night long being sold on the hotel property but there was also no noise it kept my four-year-old up until 5 or 6 in the morning the place was all in all absolutely terrible and upon checkout excuse me an early checkout we was told that there would be no refund and management did not care that our stay was hell at best avoid this place no matter the cost or savings involved there are much better places for a few dollars more. Again if ever offered to stay here run!!! And now i get a reaponse from the property claiming that i stayed the whole time when i clearly state in my review that i checked out early a day early to be exact this place is a joke and know arou d the strip by other hotels as the crack hotel
I booked a room based on the pictures on Priceline. I arrive to the room approximately 15 minutes later I stop by the front desk to check in, get the key go to the room and I open the door to be welcomed to the filthiest room ever. There were multiple cigarette burns in the comforter. I have eczema as well as my 3 year old grandson. I couldn’t stay in this filth so I politely go back to the front desk hand her the keys and ask for a refund. I was declined a refund related to their cancellation policy of some sort. I’m extremely dissatisfied because the receptionist never attempted to rectify the issue her only response was” I have no control over the cleaning of the room” I asked for the manager name and was told “ I can’t give that information out” This place is a total scam and joke. I will be taking this issue further as this was a case of false advertising. The pictures presented are not a reflection of the actual room.
This hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING. There are bed bugs and burrs in the bed, as well as roaches all over the room. The shower did not work. People were loitering outside of the building the whole night making a ton of noise. It’s clear this place has not been taken care of at all. The pool and hot tub have turned into small swamps. There was sand all over the floor when we first checked in! There were no remotes for the television and half of the appliances were unplugged because there weren’t enough outlets. If you are older or have children do not stay here. It isn’t a safe place for young women traveling alone. If I could give this place a lower rating I would.
