I had a great experience here. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooms are spectacular. I also recieved a free room upgrade. I didn't check out the spa, but people raved about it. Breakfast was awesome and the buffet was very large. It's only a 10 minute walk from the train stop and there's a tram stop right in the front entrance. It was very quiet as well. Highly recommend!

My friends and I have been going to Oktoberfest for 20 years, and this is the place we stayed for most of those years. These people are like family to us, and that is why I give it five stars. We're from the United States, and we're there for 5 days a year, that's it, and they remember us like we were there yesterday. This is the closest hotel to the Oktoberfest. It's directly across the street. Over the years, they have undergone renovations, and it is much more modern now. They have a bar, and they serve a complimentary breakfast. It's the perfect hotel if you just want to walk to and from Oktoberfest. I must say, I'm approaching 50 years old now, so I feel the need to warn people of my age: At night, this place turns into a very lively nightclub, with like a huge line to get in and security guards. But guests can bypass the line. But just be aware. During the day, it's very pleasant. But at night, the young people take over.
Friendly and helpfull staff, nice rooms but bathroom is a bit cramped.
Simple but very great hotel. I have a very nice stay! And of course you must try the Augustiner Beer fresh frop Tap!!
A really nice place to run out from the city. A great heavenly spot in central Frankfurt. Definitely worth a visit! Highly recommended for families with kids or individuals for a great morning. A great place to chill, explore and learn.
If you want a Fancy glass Palace don't go here. If you want a feeling of former times and tradition, it is the place to be. The stairs creek, the wood from furniture looks used, it is a little bit smaller than in new hotels. But it has character and is Cozy. I slept well in the beds.
The staff was friendly.
The breakfast was just OK. The egg was on the spot! But coffee was absolutely terrible. Fruit salad was canned. It is nothing about the selection, but the quality.
But yeah, would go there again.
Fantastic! Clean, conveniently-located and a great breakfast. Staff was very nice, too. Have a drink at the small lobby bar and engage the staff in conversation. Very entertaining!!
