We had a beautiful room and loved the classic vibe of the hotel. It was also very clean and our bed was comfortable. They also served a perfect German breakfast.

The customer service is excellent.
Everything was very nice and the attention was terrific. My boyfriend and I were looking for a late desert at around 12 at night when everything was closed and they helped us find a place were we could find something, they said that they would do anything they could until we were happy. Excellent attention and service and the rooms were really nice and comfortable.
I have stayed at this hotel many times. For a city-centre hotel, it is excellent, with smart rooms, a quiet bar / seating area in a courtyard, good quality staff that are a pleasure to deal with and important for my motorcycle tour groups, good quality and safe parking. Breakfasts are excellent quality and the barman always makes me smile with his sense of humour.

If I could I would give this Hotel more than 5 stars. I travel often to Munich and this will be my go-to hotel. Front desk is super friendly (even on late arrival), the rooms are super clean and spacious with a nice modern feel. The breakfast was very good and the Hotel owner (a very charming gentleman) took the time to greet us personally. The location is walking distance to the center making it easy to drop shopping bags off mid day. Highly recommend this Hotel!

Very nice and they stored our luggage while we went to the Christmas markets and they helped find the cab driver where I left my phone. Breakfast was very good, rooms were comfortable and clean. Close to Christmas markets

This hotel, with its amenities and location, ensured us a lovely short vacation in Munich. We plan to return.
We had a 3 days stay in Munich, we found a well and very friendly hotel.
The team is very customer dedicated, they even kept my roof box from my car to allow traveling in Munich and park in underground parking where it is limited to 2m only.
A small courtyard to take breakfast in a calm atmosphere. A top management of the Covid-19 for breakfast where waiter just fill your plate so no one is touching the buffet.

This is the ultimate five star place. Wonderful people at reception that make you feel welcome and appreciated. Beautiful suites that let you gaze at the Alps in many cases. Breakfast delivered quite punctually to my room, with lots of food to enjoy. I would not go anywhere else in Munich. Particular recommendation for those arriving at main station via train - the hotel is almost part of the station, you can easily walk over there. Great place!
Fantastic! Clean, conveniently-located and a great breakfast. Staff was very nice, too. Have a drink at the small lobby bar and engage the staff in conversation. Very entertaining!!
This is the best hotel ever. First of all the Sophias buffet breakfast is AMAZING. They have fresh bread, fresh squeezed orange juice, crepes, pancakes, waffles, hot chocolate, fruit, yogurt, eggs, and more. The rooms are so nice and very family friendly. If you need an extra twin pull out bed the give you a real twin bed not a cot. The bathrooms have a bathtub with jets, Shower, toilet, sink and even heated floors. There is lots of closet space too. The staff are very helpful and kind, very good guest service. The hotel is in walking distance from the shops. All and all this hotel is the PLACE TO BE if you are planning to stay in Munich.

Really got surprised with this hotel. Very helpful staff. Great great location. Room is huge and the view is breathtaking. Recommended
