Nice, central, very good!
Very, very pleasant hotel. Clean rooms, splendid meals and breakfasts. Fancy interior design. Quiet during the nights so one sleeps well. Fantastic location, and a very polite, friendly and welcoming staff. These lads are real pros! I want to mention Andrea in particular who helped me so much figuring several issues out. Thanks for everything, your help is greatly appreciated.
Great place to stay for a city break. Cosy & warm rooms which do the job perfect if you’re not in the hotel much. Very clean and great working showers - along with very comfy beds. Staff are great and speak very good English. 24 hour running hotel including bar really makes this place stand out. Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the main Munich Station. Will definitely return when in Munich next.
I booked the hotel in December for the upcoming trip to Oktoberfest. Despite Oktoberfest being cancelled due to the COVID, i was hoping to still maybe taking a vacation in Europe but my flight was cancelled and the country is still on heath advisory Level 3 with a strong advise to postpone any non-essential trips. I emailed Hotel Cocoon Hauptbahnhof for a reimbursement and that was rejected - I even asked for a voucher for next year that was also rejected. I m pretty sure they ll be able to re-book my room, as travel within Europe is still possible. This is unacceptable.
We had a really nice 7-night stay here in December 2019. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The breakfast was great and very reasonably priced. The restaurant had a small but tasty menu. The décor was well thought out. Their motto is, "Check In and Chill Out" and that is exactly what we did!
