Exceptional down town hotel. Great for visiting friends in Munich and very close to the next subway station.

The hotel room that we had was not what was in the pictures. The shower and toilet didn't work. We had only one bath towel for 3 people. No A/C and main lights in room didn't work. There were exposed wires too. We tried to calling the people right away, but they never picked up the phone line. Also, had to crawl out of my car, through the hatchback, to get out of my parking spot in the garage. The staff leaves the hotel at 2 PM, so we couldn't resolve these issues right away. We found a different hotel and left in the morning. Definitely, would not recommend the hotel.

Great location. Clean rooms. Not really a hotel but more building with rooms. No in room tea, coffee, or soap. Ps I’m sick of demand driven customer gouging !!

Air conditioner is not properly working. I am not happy with our stay.

Great terrace specially during snow. We loved it.
