What I liked: the staff is very friendly and helpful; the breakfast was very good with different sauces, salad, good bread, some warm snacks.
What I didnt like: the bed is terrible as well as the pillows. I am constantly staying at hotels and I think this was one of the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever had. They were so huge that I felt I was almost sitting when sleeping.
I would not come back to this hotel even if I can really recommend the breakfast. A good Sleep is much more important to mw

It is a cosy hotel. Layout of some rooms can be little different. Refreshments offered is just Tea and Coffee. Good for Solo travelers.
Location is great. A fifteen minute walk to the central train and bus stations ensures easy access to transport links at any time of day. Rooms are very nice, comfortable, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast mainly coffee! Very friendly and helpful employees. Very highly recommended.
Loved this hotel! Our room was spacious with a little balcony overlooking their beautiful patio area. The staff were all friendly and the complementary breakfast was delicious. Perfect location for attending Oktoberfest, but if we ever return to Munich we would stay here again because we enjoyed the hotel so much.
