Excellent hotel with well decorated rooms and a fantastic location. The building is directly opposite Munich East train station and has great links for the city and airport. The hotel offers breakfast but I did not partake. There is also a help-yourself bar with free soft drinks which was a nice touch. Rooms were very comfortable and we'll presented with lots of nice touches. Overall, a great stay
Amazing hotel with the best staff. The hotel has been established in 1890 but you would never know from the modern rooms and amenities. The space is gorgeous and every room is unique. There are free snacks and non-alcoholic beverages downstairs. The location is extremely convenient as it’s located right next to Munich East Station (Ostbahnhof), and you can get to the airport, Central Train Station and city center all with ease. Can’t wait to come back to Munich and stay here again!
An individual hotel in a convenient location. The room was very clean and comfortably furnished. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I look forward to staying here again.
The 21 tram stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to all the nice places in Munich. The parking is across the street and you need a key from the reception but it's not that much of hassle getting in and out. Breakfast is not too big but good quality. The free common minibar downstairs is always full of good stuff. The comfort double room we had was spacious and had everything we needed and more. The noise from outside can be turned off easily by closing the windows.
All the staff members we met were friendly and helpful, especially the ladies serving us in the kitchen and the reception. Thanks for making our stay comfortable.
The hotel was beautiful and perfectly placed in the city with a metro entrance right outside the front door. We had great service from beginning to end with Tomas. We were delighted with the cleanliness and the quality of the room. The morning breakfast option was 100% worth it - delicious and well-appointed. It was exactly what we needed during our quick trip to Munich. Thank you!
