Everything was very nice and the attention was terrific. My boyfriend and I were looking for a late desert at around 12 at night when everything was closed and they helped us find a place were we could find something, they said that they would do anything they could until we were happy. Excellent attention and service and the rooms were really nice and comfortable.
Excellent hotel in Munich city, central location.
Very modern hotel and the highlights are the service and breakfast. The staff are very attentive and we were very happy with how we were treated.
I have stayed in many hotels, and the service is far more like a 5 star.
Will stay again when in Munich.

Simply love being in these hotels by Amano. Looove the customer service and attention to detail. Super reasonable hidden gem.
Other than the location and the bar, this hotel is a joke and not worth the money.
The staff was so unfriendly and incompetent, they actually ruined my birthday trip, because I spent the days in Munich chasing after them due to a double booking by them at check-in.
I showed them the confirmation by my Swiss bank and the lady at the reception pretty much called me a liar and told me to wait 10 days.
The rooms are not practical, very small and poorly equipped. Very noisy on top, because the washing machines were next to our room and kept us up at night.
Checked out a day early and were not even offered a refund. NEVER AGAIN.
