The location is perfect.
Simply breakfast but it’s ok!!!

The hotel is near the station so is very easy to come here from the airport by train.
Marientplatz, the center of the city, is far 15 minutes on foot.
The rooms are pretty good and comfortable, the breakfast is good but in my opinion there aren't enough seats for all the costumers of the hotel ( I had to wait 15 minutes to had brakfast because ther was too much people in the breakfast room).
The staff is good and very kind. The cost of the room is cheap and I think is good to stay here if you want to visit Munich for 2/3 dais.
Good things are: quite close to the central train station and to the old town. It’s not expensive and all the staff is very friendly. Good breakfast for the price, including bottomless fresh orange juice. BUT... the hotel doesn’t have anything about design in it. it has very narrow corridors plus small and dark rooms. The bathroom is very small (good hot water at the third floor!) and the toilet was (pardon the manners) dry-pee-stinky - not kidding. There is the dust world under the bed with remains from the building blocks of the building. There is not a single place to put grooming or soap in the bathroom. The decoration is very bad as well, and it could have more warming colours, carpet, etc. More... home feeling on it.
I would like to highlight that all the staff was really good, comprehensive and did the best they could to offer us help and support in our claims.
It's interesting. Very small but you get what you pay for.
