I made a mistake to booked on 11.01.2021 (supposed to be 16.01.2021) for Terrace Suit and the hotel doesn't give me a refund at all with soooo "strange" and "ridiculous" excuses, so i loose my money here.
Then i booked another room for 16.01.2021 (Maisonette Suit) because they said that Terrace Suit is not available, BUT on 16.01.2021 exactly before check in they told me that Maisonette Suit is not available so they give me Terrace Suit.. haha so unprofessional.
Totally not recommend for this place!!!!! The reason i booked this hotel, is only because this place is close to my friend place. BUT I'm so regret, i would have better service, better place, better price, better access, and better for everything in another hotel.
