A really nice place to run out from the city. A great heavenly spot in central Frankfurt. Definitely worth a visit! Highly recommended for families with kids or individuals for a great morning. A great place to chill, explore and learn.
I actually booked at the Hampton Inn which is just in front of the Hilton garden Inn, but due to Covid this hotel is closed until further notice. The rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn are quite large and nicely designed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. The gym and restaurant was closed. Breakfast was served as a little buffet (I missed the hot cooked to order components) in the lobby but you had to take it to your room. Alltogether a very pleasant stay. I will definately return to this hotel again.
Selling rooms online, stating buffet breakfast and gymnasium available yet Hotel is currently CLOSED due to pandemic. Although, you can still book online via Honours App?! So, we were checked in next door at Hilton Garden Inn where also is stated that buffet breakfast, gymnasium and restaraunt are open. NONE of which are. This was rudely and stressfully pointed out by staff to my partner and I on arrival, then later on by another rude and stressed staff member.
Some things to note...
- Staff rude and extremely stressed at this point in time. We all been affected, no excuse.
- Maintenance of hotel. So currently in the "Stay Clean" push by the Hilton brand this place is appauling.
- Bird feaces all over the carpark entry door and exit area. It looks like it might as well be abandoned.
- Dust build up in general area and rooms.
- Nails
- Broken toilet brush, how do I clean my toilet now with no cleaners around either?!
- Blown lightbulbs in room
- Mess under bed and couch. Items are hilton soap bar, luggage tags, coasters, note pads. Nail clippings beside and under table. This mess looks like it has been there for a while.
- No heating to room, -1° outside temp currently and room is cold. Has a temp control that can go +/-3° each way but does nothing.
We appear to be the ONLY pax here...surely it would not be hard to prep one room nicely and keep a hotel clean and working order with not much else to do.
Hard to believe this place is associated with the Hilton brand!
Have further work visits here monthly, will pick a different site.
Very close to the Hbf, tasty breakfast (although there is a long queue due to Corona), clean and overall decent choice. Rewe just around the corner which was a big plus.
Great staff, great room, great services, easy access to city centre. Its really value for money. I would definitely go back there again.
