The room is fine and cozy. Stayed in a room facing the railway but didn't hear any noise. Hotel stuff is good. But no answer from online chat at all. No response for the refill request for days.

I had a great experience here. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooms are spectacular. I also recieved a free room upgrade. I didn't check out the spa, but people raved about it. Breakfast was awesome and the buffet was very large. It's only a 10 minute walk from the train stop and there's a tram stop right in the front entrance. It was very quiet as well. Highly recommend!
We stayed at Roomers during a recent family vacation to Munich. The rooms were beautiful and well-appointed — I particularly liked the smart lighting system and the rainfall shower. The location of the hotel was convenient to the Munich train station and provided easy tram/train access to both downtown and the airport. Try to get a rate with breakfast included because the spread is lovely, but 32€ per person is a bit steep even for fresh beet hummus at 8am. The hotel feels new, urban, and very, very hip.
Stunning concept and very stylish. Loved the mini bar selection and the incredible spa bath on our own private balcony. Close proximity to the city (by car). Front desk staff let down the overall experience
