We arrived around 8 pm and although check in time on booking confirmation showed 3pm- 11pm, no one was available to let us in. It seemed weird because lights were completely out, gate was locked and they didn't pick up their phone either. We called them several times but no luck. In the end , we had to do booking somewhere else. . After returning from my trip, I again tried Calling the hotel but they did not pick up even during the daytime. I raised a complaint through booking.com but they also failed to reach the hotel. After a while I gave up trying to get my refund. What a terrible experience!

Very nice and they stored our luggage while we went to the Christmas markets and they helped find the cab driver where I left my phone. Breakfast was very good, rooms were comfortable and clean. Close to Christmas markets
Perfect small hotel with huge rooms, very quiet. Really good breakfast with loads of choices, most of it homemade.
Large suites but the cleaning needs to be upgraded. Found and killed 3 cockroaches during our 2 night stay. 2.5 stars is more appropriate. Breakfast was included so that ok.
Nice hotel, no air conditioning. The breakfast has nice variety.
