Concierge desk person, anshul is not at all welcoming. What we expected was way different than the reality. Shree, the host at The Shamiyana restaurant was also least interested to entertain us which was very disappointing.

Good place. Near by gateway of India

One of the best place in the town to have a dine in and this place is the best and great Indian hotel. Can't tell in words regarding the service and superb service and I think you guys are only treating the client well no any others doing it so far.
