I stay there for Qurantin rooms are good but i feel that food is worst.
I did get a chance to stay in Taj Lands back in 2018 for 2 days.
Didn't have much interaction with the staff but the little which i had was accompanied by politeness.
Taj has a reputation to maintain and for that they do serve well. But honestly, i didn't like the food that much. I dont mean to disrespect but i think better options are definitely available outside.
I still view the hotel in highest of regards and respect and thus 5 stars.
PS. - I loved my room.
Awesome. far away from bandra station . It is near to bandstand. View is nice from window, if you book sea facing room. Food is nice. Hygienic place. Costly but value for money. Parking is available. Security is tight. Safe. mainly focused for high class people. Thank you.
I am at Taj Lands End over this week end and the dining service is pathetic. Worst ever experienced. There were queues for dinner Lunch as well as breakfast. There are so less servers and even if you tell several times nobody pays attention. You have to struggle right from getting basic cutlery for dining. Food was cold in the buffet. Takes long times to even refill the the buffet stuff. Food Counters are not manned at all. Even water bottles are not kept on table and if you ask for it takes long time for that too.
Horrible dining experience.
They are tarnishing the Taj Image.
Pl do not visit on weekends for sure. Do not know if weekdays are better.
Staff is courteous but just lip service and nothing put in action.
Even room.service sometimes you need.to call 2 to 3 times.
Net Net NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.
Service is impeccable. But thanks to COVID-19 Menu is cut short. All the facilities are stopped.
