Television not working, lights not working, geyser not working (they send you hot water buckets on demand), pungent smell through the first floor lobby. Cleanliness is decent, staff was responsive but could not resolve any of our complaints while we were charged the full tariff for our rooms. Will be my last choice for future visits to Mumbai. Very disappointed.
If you are a person who wants to enjoy your mumbai trip than hotel accord is the perfect place for your stay. I would definitely suggest everyone to visit them during your stay.
Non crowded but yet in crowded place. Ample parking. Good airport connecting
