A beautiful hotel. spacious, gorgeous room with a walk in closet. As well as rooftop bar with a stunning view at night. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast as well as in room dining is inviting and yummy. The hotel is centrally located and close to the high street Phoenix mall with is extremely convenient.
The best hotel I’ve ever experienced. Literally, nothing compares and I’ve stayed in the best in the world, being the founder of an investment bank which requires a lot of travel. When I arrived they had my initials already on a special fluffy bathrobe. They had a picture of me and my son on my bedside to make me feel at home.
The room was spacious but the service in restaurants was absolute dismal. Especially the breakfast they had no idea how to manage it. Absolute chaos. It was as if they were distributing food to people in need. In room dining was good. Lobby reception service was also good but the rest not worth four seasons brand. I was let down.
This is a 5 star rated hotel. The banquet hall and the outdoor dining area are perfect. Even at late night the staffs are very friendly and attentive. Not sure about the parking for visitors.
Communication, hotel staff don't have manners on how one should speak on a call. I just called and asked to transfer my call they can simply told me that the person is not available or something else, what they did just cut the call. I'm a student still I know how one should talk professionally and these professionals don't know I guess. Thank you.
