These are amazingly designed and have the most beautiful view.
The executive lounge is one of the best.
The concierge is so helpful. we ordered a couple of things at 2 in the night yet they delivered the things within 15 mins.
Unfortunately the room on which our floor had a very smoky smell.
Other than that it was a beautiful place

I mean we all have google and know of the amenities provided by this class of hotel chains. What sets this place apart in all honesty is Fabian. If you have the good fortune of meeting this very gentlemanly of gentlemen, you will know what I speak of. If I could give a 6th star for the human connection that is propagated by Fabian, I would. Fabian if you see this; you're the real MVP and this place is but walls and concrete without people like you.
Great place to live if you go for the right receptionist to check you in. I always choose this place over all the other. 4 stars, because only a few staff are good others, are okay kinda rude but fine. Stayed here for a few of days again recently and thought to add pictures and videos.
They are kinda restrictive while providing toiletries. Asked for a bubble bath and stuff got tiny portions.
Great hotel! Amazing food.. especially the Dal Bukhara! The level of heigene the hotel is maintaining during the pandemic is just unmatchable.
Amazing rooms and the view from the room too. Prices are really low as compared to its usual rates, so it's the best time to plan a stay here. Cheers!
My friend had injured her leg and wasn't in a condition to walk, but the staff was very helpful with wheelchair assistance, ice, basic painkillers, etc. Further, I really appreciate their efforts towards sustainability, in that that they really didn't use any single used plastic what so ever.
Carpeted and ornamented with rustic decor, the room was aesthetically please. But, what really made it excellent was the little viewing gallery, to appreciate the city from.
And the staff is extremely diligent about Covid precautions. And everything was very clean.
