Fast check in and accommodating check out. The staff is helpful and responsive. Conveniently located, and the rooms are really good. Breakfast spread was really good! My only complaint (if I had to nit-pick) would be that the glassware kept in the minibar had a weird smell, and probably had not been cleaned since a long time. Nonetheless, travelled for a business stay for one night. Would be the go-to hotel now, without a doubt.
Delicious breakfast with lot of varieties, soothing ambience and always smiling and ready to help staff. What else you need ? Rooms are big and their pillow menu is amazing. Toiletries are top notch quality. They gave us early check in and late check out smilingly.

Writing this on behalf of my father who had to quarantine for a week in Sofitel. The atmosphere was bustling with warmth and hospitality as the staff was v. accommodating with last minute booking. The room was complete with all the necessary facilities and food was fresh, well-cooked with great value for money. I would certainly come back soon and highly recommend if you're looking for stays in BKC.
I stayed at Sofitel for the institutional quarantine period of 7 days and could not have asked for a better service. From the airport pick-up till the end of my institutional quarantine, the hotel staff made sure I was comfortable and taken care of.
All the staff at the hotel was friendly and professional and maintained high hygiene standards at all times. On top of the exceptional service, the food and ambience of the hotel rooms were excellent. All the food was maintained to great standards of quality, proportions and hygiene. I highly recommend Sofitel BKC for absolutely any occassion. Whether you want to go out for a casual dinner or want to stay at a hotel, Sofitel hotel is the one place that would guarantee exceptional service, ambience and experience.

Clean Rooms ... staff are too friendly and helpful... Specially for housekeeping staff they always ready too help..
Overall this is a great hotel.. I would definitely stay here again...
