Had Char Grill Balsamic Garlic Prawns on the day of this dish launch in the Sky Lounge, The Orchid, Mumbai. Awesome preparation and very tasty. I am seafood lover and tried lot of prawn recipes in India as well as abroad. But this one was very special and worth a try even if one is not seafood lover. Delicious.....marvelous....yummy....
