Hotel is good I am staying here since yesterday for 7 days compulsory as arrived from overseas. Its a set menu for quarantine guests, Why only veg's asked to talk to chef he doesn't come on line or talked. Food quality is good but kitchen/chef is SAVING on quantity in spite told them they ignored & acted smart. Customer service is what the hospitality industry is all about. Make sure your guests are having the best possible experience at your hotel they are taking memories. Bad choice I made choosing this Place, will not recommend to family or friends
Excellent Rooms. Clean place. The food was awesome , mostly I ordered food in room service and everything the food was super. The front office team was cooperative and fast. Over all a good experience and will visit here always.
Very good rooms , hygiene . Food was great. Prime location. Very good buffet breakfast. They has exciting offers in the loco loca restaurant. Staff was courteous. They have mini bar in rooms. Thanks to chef for amazing food.

Room attendant Santosh Bait, made sure we were looked after and provided us with everything to make our stay memorable. Would definitely recommend this place.
Stayed for couple of days. Rooms are pretty small and long stays will likely induce claustrophobia. Good enough for 1 person only. Bathroom was big compared to the actual room and there was a separate luggage section. Didn't like the mattress, it gave back ache. They gave a late checkout and agreed to hold our luggage at the reception after checkout till we come back. Breakfast was fine. Hospitality was good. Price was on the high side but expected in Mumbai and in Andheri.
