Wonderful staff, wonderful place to stay amidst concrete jungle. A very lavish green property and nicely maintained too, offering great view especially pool/airport view from your room. You get a feel of resort while staying at the Leela, Mumbai. Breakfast spread is great. Their Exec chef has really done a good job with curating the menu.
Staff including their lobby and F&B managers are highly proactive and will leave no stone unturned to keep you delighted end to end.
You have plenty of restaurants to have different varieties of food.
I will definitely recommend this place to all.
I visited the Citrus and had a buffet lunch.... There were very few cuisines on the list worth a praise... But their hospitality and care is amazing. I visited just a day after they started so maybe i can't be a critic yet but my feedback is that they can work further on the quality of their spread. Simple aspects like odorless water glasses are basic and not even part of the dish making process.
The Leela is my preferred transit hotel in Mumbai. It is located a mere 5 mins drive from the international airport. The rooms are smartly designed with spacious bathrooms and other amenities. The Indian touches are everywhere and this distinguishes Leela from the other hotels in the same class. The restaurants are excellent. I always look forward to the breakfast at Citrus . The staff her are very friendly and always eager to help.
My love for this hotel is always growing and I would give it 10 star.
Can't get any better place to live such a luxurious stay. Highly professional. Entry to the hotel is very royal and luxurious ambience. Both South Indian and north Indian breakfast with authentic taste. Must stay place!
Really amazing service!! The breakfast on a Sunday could be better managed in terms of seating arrangements and waiting. Our morning experience was a little sad due to the line for breakfast but otherwise the food changed our mood to happy again. I guess overall it’s a great place.
