Really cannot complain. The room was superb. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I really liked the central location and would definitely recommend the Chekhoff Hotel.
A nice hotel have friendy staffs. You can easily find your way to the near land mark. After eleven nights staying, we felt like at home. I must say thank you to all of the friendly staffs of Sleepy tom hotel. If I come back to Moscow, I will be here again.
Fantastic City centre hotel.. Excellent staff.. very kind and helpful.. speaks English.. helped us in cab bookings..late night check inn.. Excellent breakfast and restaurant staff is very good.. very good spread of breakfast.. very humble staff loved everything about this hotel

Really convenient and great location. I booked a single room and it was a bit small, but it was not my intention to spend the time in my room!! I was looking for a good location close to the subway station with easy access to the train to the airport. And at the same time, close to the Red Square and city center. And location is great, in a small road but close to a big avenue. Quite and easy to find.
Service was ok, and they gave me the room before the expected time. I called them in advance and they were cleaning the room upon mu arrival. I had a coffee in a really nice coffeehouse, and 30 min later my room was ready.
Clean and warm as it was freezing cold outside. Triple glass made the room cozy and quite.
If you are looking for a big room and classic hotel service, this is definitely not your place. If you are looking for a good location, clean and convenient room.. I do recommend this Florinn hotel!

Excellent hotel in the city center. Clean, quiet, close to the main attractions. Hot breakfast buffet every day. Friendly and polite staff. Free parking on premises. Highly recommend!
Very good, the location is perfect and even though the staff does not know english they try to help you as much as they can!!!! They dont provide breakfast but I side the hotel there is a very good restaurant. The owner is very kind
A great boutique hotel, a home away from home. I’ve stayed here for a week and will definitely stay again.
The building is situated in a quiet court of the otherwise vibrant neighbourhood, it was quiet at night and I was able to sleep through even a busy weekend. The room was clean, all appliances worked as advertised; the bed was large and comfy; the bathroom was big enough, clean and relatively new; the service was sufficient, they cleaned my room every day, restocking the essentials; the internet was fast, I was able to work from home a couple of days while staying there; breakfast was good value, even though I didn’t resort to it every day, as in the neighbouring area there is a number of places famous for their breakfasts; the staff is the gem of this b&b - always forthcoming to help.
One downside for me, for which I had a workaround, was the lack of laundry - maybe they will figure out a way to provide this option in the future.
Overall a great experience, thank you for the pleasant accommodation.
Good hotel near everything. I stay there 2 week and have an amazing vacation. Gentleman club downstair, karaoke and show in the hotel restaurant. Security in the entrance of the building so you feel safe all the time and the employees are very gentle. Its an historic monument that you must see. Nice park in front with some attraction and metro near. I recommand to everyone who want to discover moscow. Thanks for all !!!!
It is a great place to stay in the hotel if you're traveling for business or pleasure. The rooms have all you need in there also you can find a mini bar. The location is exceptional and their restaurant have the best Benedict eggs I ever taste.
