Reviews from visitors:
Ideal for relaxing.
Beautiful new hotel, clean, comfortable, quiet. The hotel really corresponds to the level of 5 stars. Comfortable, bright rooms. For me, one of the important criteria for evaluating a hotel is the quality of the bed (mattress, pillows, bed linen). Here you want to stay longer in bed, so comfortable you feel. A small but pleasant SPA and excellent SPA programs. Great massage!
i hated this place since it was always noisy due to noise filtration, they also have lazy workers who rarely want to give a good service. the place is quite bad for the price, i better recomend other hotels that give you better service and rooms for your money.
Be careful, this hôtel ask you to pay to get official guest letter for the touristic visa. This is not mentionned into their conditions.
Inacceptable.
They took our deposit without giving a reason and they didnt even gave a recipt for it which means that they stole that money, the place is also deficient and just get good reviews thanks to its location
Balchug Viewpoint is located in Sadovnicheskaya Naberezhnaya in the Balchug Area of the artificial island of the historical Zamoskvorechye district between the Moskva River and its old riverbed, which was turned into the Vodootvodny Canal in 1786. Being Few meters away from Balchug street, one of oldest 14th century streets outside Kremlin walls, lets you have daydreaming sights of the Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building and off the street of the St. Basil spires enabling you to reach the Red Square via the Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge (1938) in ~10 min walking. Being in a one week business trip for Google in the close-by Balchug Plaza Office I was looking for a clean, quiet and logistically perfect hotel, where I could request laundry and ironing services for my shirts and be able to visit the city center in the evening after work. I did not try the meal room service not breakfast but worth mentioning that it is available and the restaurant is located in a nearby building, not in the same one where I stayed. More than a traditional hotel, I would call it a luxury modern apartments building with extremely kind, English speaking personnel ready to assist you in everything needed. I took a Superior Double Room (Twin Room) ~135€ per night which had a pleasant heated floor bathroom and upscale wood-like interior design and furniture. Renovation works were happening during my stay in several floors but were never impacting with my overall experience. I will definitely consider it again for my next business trip in Moscow!
