Excellent Location, The famous Old Arbat street is just 300 metres from the Hotel. This is like a modern & Trendy boutique hotel with Creative Modern Rooms, Rooms are a bit small but the ambience is great. The Bathroom was good in size with a tasteful Interior. The many Electrical switches were kind of puzzling , which switch for what? couldnt understand till end of 3 nights stay. English speaking & smiling staff at Reception which is on the 3rd floor. The Breakfast restaurant had amazing modern Interiors with a view. Just outside the hotel are many cafes, Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bank & money exchange. At night most buildings on this street lit up in colourful lights and digital imaging makes the street look wow

Administrator names "Ladies" everyone with long hair. I'm man and i was really annoyed by it.
Amazing hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Delicious opulent breakfasts and restaurant food. Very well located for some of the main attractions in Moscow as well as the Metro to go anywhere you'd like.
So yes. Great place. A++++ Location. Vibrant area. Great small little gym which helps process all the exquisite food. Staff is perfect. So helpful,kind and caring. They know English perfectly. After all you’re in their country learn some Russian they are happy to help. Room was super clean and well equipped. Best is the lighting around the bed and the heated bathroom floor. Loung/bar/restaurant was great. Good selection of food and drink. Breakfast is European buffet but plenty for a US country boy to scavenge for. This would be like staying in a regional boutique hotel in the US.
Overall recommended. Nice facilities, decent breakfast and bar. A bit noisy due to close road location. But so many options outside for food, leasure and time spending.
