A great boutique hotel, a home away from home. I’ve stayed here for a week and will definitely stay again.
The building is situated in a quiet court of the otherwise vibrant neighbourhood, it was quiet at night and I was able to sleep through even a busy weekend. The room was clean, all appliances worked as advertised; the bed was large and comfy; the bathroom was big enough, clean and relatively new; the service was sufficient, they cleaned my room every day, restocking the essentials; the internet was fast, I was able to work from home a couple of days while staying there; breakfast was good value, even though I didn’t resort to it every day, as in the neighbouring area there is a number of places famous for their breakfasts; the staff is the gem of this b&b - always forthcoming to help.
One downside for me, for which I had a workaround, was the lack of laundry - maybe they will figure out a way to provide this option in the future.
Overall a great experience, thank you for the pleasant accommodation.
Sweet place at a nice center area. Front office are very welcoming and pleasant. They speak English and very helpful. Loved the interiors. I stayed at a suite with a balcony but would be great if there were a small table and chair. Although, it's a small one.

This hotel has illegally retained our prepayment for the first night even if the general condition on booking.com allowed us to cancel our booking without any penalty.
Despite our complaints, so far we haven't received any feedback or any reimbursment of the undue amount.
Please make sure you don't need to cancel your trip as this hotel doesn't respect the cancellation policies and the management is dishonnest.
Nice small and quiet hotel, located at a central place 5 min walking to 3 metro stations. Very warm and helpful staff. The rooms and the hotel itself is very clean, the breakfast is very tasty. Its the second time i've been to this hotel this year and surely will be back...
Nice budget hotel. But during winter time it might could get a little bit cold in the upper floor
