Rooms are not the greatest, but bathrooms are amazing for the price of the room. Also breakfast is always included and it's nice
Great hotel next to a metro station 1 stop away from red square. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure speaking with them.
Breakfast was included with my stay and it had a good variety to choose from.
Only 2 reasons why I gave 4 stars and not 5. First is there is no elevator, and bringing luggage to the 3rd floor can be a pain if you pack like I do.
The other reason is that the hotel is not accessible from the road where you can see it. When you see the Italian restaurant, it is directly behind it, however you must walk about 30 meters to a vehicle entrance and walk to it from there. If you don't know this it will be confusing. It is also hard to have food delivery for this reason, however the front desk was very helpful and assisted me with this.
Excellent location, superb breakfast, amazing employees, particularly the receptionist Valery, she was so helpful and nice!. The hotel is quaint, clean and quiet, ten minutes walking to the Kremlin!
This is a great clean, home type hotel, great breakfast and staff. Really well maintained, lovely place. Recommend highly.
