Good value for the brand and location. Upsetting is the breakfast as it has gone down in quality. They used to have caviar (red) and more than 4 types of cheese. Now only 2 cheese, no caviar. No red fish. Kind of upsetting for the quality and price of hotel. Also lack of pool really sets this hotel apart. The staff is lovely but sometimes slow. Took 2 hours for ice to get the the room.
Best view of Moscow, The great! 14th to 31rd are hotel floor and below that are other amenities.
Wow!!! Amazing friendly, helpful and kind staff/employees. They are the best! Especially Alexander for all the kindness tips and advice hey give us. And Rafael at the desk also. Actually everybody on the bar/restaurant floor are very kind and friendly.
The hotel itself is very beautiful and clean, we felt very comfortable here during the stay in this hotel. And excellent view over Moscow from the rooms.

That was a great experience to stay here, the best view in Moscow, liked so much the guys on the desk and in the restaurant, loved the breakfasts so much! Hope to come again in the summer)
