Very good place, friendly personal, wifi is not good,
Super nice hotel. Great price, good service, and the room was spotless. Our room was fairly small, which is not unusual for an inexpensive hotel close to the city center, but it was quite comfortable. Another reviewer mentioned the complete set of toiletries provided and it is true. Robe, slippers, soap, shampoo, dental kit, shoe cleaning, sewing kit, and more. Less than a block from the Paveletskaya subway stop, and in the next block the tram running on Ulitsa Novokuznetskaya. The street is fairly quiet. Even though it was March, we slept most nights with the window slightly open. The included breakfast spread is great. I don't know if any of the staff spoke much English because my companion was a native Russian.
Customer service staff (reception and breakfast guy) is outrageous: neglecting you and never say hello. Cleaning and kitchen are fine. Rooms are very small (on photos all looks better than it is). AC works like fan not really cooling. For this price you can get much better value in Marriott. PS. Second stay was much better and room bigger. AC worked well. Reception is at lowest minimum standards.
This place is great. There was a mix up with my room and they fixed it no problem. Great!
I loved this place. The staff, breakfast, the rooms all very nice and clean. They staff help me get from any location and we’re very friendly.
