Clean but small room, staff is not helpfull
The Vorontsovskiy Hotel is a good hotel, where, by a happy coincidence, I happened to stay. Thanks to the girls receptionist and the administrator who warmly greeted me and showed me the room. I really liked the room in which I stayed, the shower room is bright and clean with a full set of toiletries. Comfortable, spacious bed with orthopedic mattress. Nice lighting in the room and a large bright window. Next time I will definitely come to this hotel with my girlfriend.
Purely. Polite helpful staff. Took one night as standard. The pillows are uncomfortable. Too tight. The guests apparently smoked in the room, the cleaning service tried very hard to wash and replace everything. But failed to cope with the mattress. Apparently, a fine should be taken from smokers not only for dry cleaning the rooms, but also for replacing the mattress. Under the hotel there is a metro tunnel. Cool light barely noticeable vibration from trains.
Hotel 2 stars. I do not recommend, I do not advise, bypass. The pillows are terrible, the main task - to ensure sleep - the hotel does not solve. The hotel has a place on the M7 highway at the 121st km.
