This is not a 5 star hotel (( not even a 2*
Booked a superior twin- the room was supposed to be not less that 15m2, it was supposed to fit 3 persons - a big bed and a small one ...etc But we ended in a small room with two small seperate beds, a stinky bathroom, the bin was not cleaned, under the bed dirt, the mirror was disgusting, the room was 18 degrees we got it to 21 degrees the next day. The cupboard was with a rusty door which opened at night, no shelves in it. You can feel the springs in the morning after a night on those matresses. The sound insulation was made to a minimum so that we can hear the neighbours complain about the hotel too.
Well i won't even talk about the employees there, its just a laught for a 5 star hostel!
What made us laugh or cry is 1 green tea bag and 1 black tea bag with 2 small bottles of water were for free )))

Very nice place. Reasonably priced.
Awesome hotel in the centre of Moscow. It's my second time here. High service and delicious food as usual. Nice and polite staff that ready to help you anytime. I really enjoyed staing here. Wish you prosperity. See you soon.
