The rooms are spacey and nice, the food is delicious although a bit pricey. Had to wait quite a while for the waiter to serve me, but apart from that I enjoyed my stay
Warm place nice staff
I can't recommend this hotel enough. Both, the hotel and the personnel are wonderful. The hotel is very cozy. It is not a large chain hotel, it's a smaller hotel, which makes it very convenient for the families and business travelers who prefer more home-like atmosphere. Our room was beautiful and clean. The sofa was the most comfortable sofa, I've ever encountered in a hotel (I would say it wasn't a typical hotel sofa at all, it was more like your favorite sofa at home :) ). The breakfast was all you could wish for. Everybody at the hotel was genuinely welcoming and friendly. The front desk clerk was truly outstanding, very professional and kind, she helped us quickly solve some problems we had. We also enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. The restaurant manager was very warm and helpful, gave us some tips for our visit.
Overall just a great experience! Will definitely stay at Tatiana next time I am in Moscow!
