Fantastic City centre hotel.. Excellent staff.. very kind and helpful.. speaks English.. helped us in cab bookings..late night check inn.. Excellent breakfast and restaurant staff is very good.. very good spread of breakfast.. very humble staff loved everything about this hotel
Very nice hotel. Has recently been refurbished and is very nice. The shower has a nice big head and the water flow was good. Breakfast was nice and the bed was comfortable. The only issue was that the toilet was much too close to the shower.
Clean, cheap boutique hotel near tverskaya. To visit Moscow its more than enough. Beware soft matraces if having back problems.
I enjoyed my stay there considerably and can recommend this hotel to anyone. It checks pretty much all the checkboxes -- location is hard to beat unless you're willing to shell out 2-3 times that much. The hotel staff is very professional and welcoming. There were some minor annoyances (e.g. the hotel was a bit hard to find in the dark since it is in the alley) but nothing that would justify removing a star.
Nice hotel, with clean rooms but a bit small, comfortable bed and great bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were good.
During our stayed there, we had an accident, one of the people that was traveling fall down the stairs, and everyone at the hotel acted very good, they called an ambulance, the manager of the hotel came with us to the hospital, translated everything with the doctors, and also paid for the taxi, then at the hotel they gave us a nice basket of fruit, and were all the time asking about her status. Really thanks for the behavior of all the hotel crew.
