When l paid at the reception, the whole system shout down, still next day we were clarifying the payment, even though l have shown to the receptionist that my bank took off my money off my account a second after the payment, by evening the receptionist got confirmation from sberbank that payment went through, but even then it was not enough as the electricity brownout interrupted its transmission to the tax program 1C. If something of this sort would happen in European hotel, where the concept of hospitality is known, they would not bother the client, especially it was not his fault and the receptionist herself was present at the transaction and saw that it happened. But in Moscow a fear of being punished financially by the owner, is much greater than the understanding if what such Gluts PR (really bad PR) will do to a hotel, as a means of the word of mouth, should they start assigning their own system malfunctions and make their customers responsible. I have worked in a 5 star hotel, and l can tell you that an antagonistic and irresponsible front desk is a disaster for any hotel management. I hope that some education program on the subject of hospitality would be given to the employees. Cleaning services and hygiene in the rooms is good and timely even though the cleaners are from central Asia and dont speak russian well, they have one significant advantage though over regular Moscovites -- they are friendly and not cooky.
Very nice and pleasant hotel. Nice and beautiful girls at the reception. The rooms are bright and comfortable. The only few downsides: good audibility between rooms and tiles on the bathroom walls. It already needs to be replaced. Since she moved away from the walls very much
I liked everything very much !!! In the center, everything is near. Very calm, comfortable, beautiful rooms, clean !! Kind responsive administrators. Soft mattress, slept well after the road !!! Delicious tea in the lobby
The audibility is strong. All night a neighbor coughed behind the wall, a woman talked behind another. 1 large towel, which is just as inconvenient
Very cozy place! Light, warm, clean and quiet. What else do you need to rest? A bit far from the metro, but probably in the summer it is nice and cozy here.
