Reviews from visitors:
Great hotel, comfortable and quiet, has awesome toiletries :) I stayed there during the pandemic, so I couldn't use the facilities, but it was still a very good stay.
For a 4* hotel, absolutely not worth the €, overpriced for the services they provide.
Stayed 5 nights, and the only good thing were the super comfortable bed and the good location.
Problems:
- super slow WiFi, could almost never use it
- shower was dirty around the corners
- found long hair on towels several times
- refrigerator is not a refrigerator, wasn’t able to keep a bottle of water cool enough
- staff at the reception not very kind and welcoming
- gym was too small and not well equipped
Giving 4 out of 5 stars because the pillow was too soft and the hard pillow was way too hard and the website did not specify that the onsite private parking was full until we actually got there and had to park somewhere else. Besides that, the blankets were AMAZING, the brownies with bananas for breakfast were AMAZING, the location was GREAT and staff were very nice
Gorgeous Hotel
- I would like to thank all the personnel for the amazing service I received & treatment.
- The rooms are huge! Worth every penny!
- The beds are really comfy & the showers are good and the toilet is in a separate door not with the showers! That’s genius
- I was really surprised to find a big Samsung smart-TV in my room with all the channels you need! I didn’t expect to find my Fotball match but i did!
- Everything in general was perfect, from the parking in -1 right up to your room with no needing to go through reception every time.
- If you want the ultimate experience in Montpellier, book this hotel! It’s in city center, with parking and just minutes by walking to Place de la comédie.
- Should be a 5-Star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Lovely brand new hotel by the station.
Pluses:
The hotel is brand new with nice design touches throughout that don’t sacrifice their purpose for the sake of design. Rooms are clean and well laid out with plenty of storage for two people spending several nights and good lighting with large flat screen TVs.
We were in a superior category room on an upper floor with a good sized terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking the station and greater Montpellier and even thought the station is in front and the tram passes right underneath the room was quiet.
Beds are comfortable with regular as well as memory foam pillows and bathrooms offer either a large bathtub and/or separate shower.
Five stars to the young staff who are
friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Parking is secure and right underneath the property.
The minuses:
Towels are thin and small.
The whole choose your own bath products is not very environmentally friendly with small plastic bottles that aren’t refillable and don’t allow the product to come out easily.
There is no mini bar instead it’s just an empty fridge and during our four night stay we were offered one small 50ml bottle of water for two people at checking and another only one other time during our stay.
Housekeeping is inconsistent and erratic and we consistently had to ask to have our room made up each day despite having left out the please make up the room sign on the door and then sometimes the room was cleaned completely and others not so much.
At no time, other than at checkout were we informed that there is a 15€/pet/night which resulted in a 120€ pet fee for our stay which is excessive given the fact that for that price you are usually provided with some kind of pet bed and bowl during your stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this lovely design hotel immensely which is less than 5 minutes from the center and would gladly stay again.
