As always, outstanding stay: impeccable and genuine 5 star service; Anna, Florent and Francesca are so sweet and helpful. You really feel at home and everyone here will do everything they can to make your stay perfect.

The location is marvellous, especially if you are looking for calmness and tranquility. The building is a little gem in the countryside of Montpellier. The renovation of the building is really interesting, especially in the main hall, but the respect for the original elements is clear. We stayed in one of the suite, with a direct view on the landscape. The room was amazing: well furnished, elegant but with a hint of light-heartedness given by the modern forniture, clean and extremely comfortable. Taking a bath with a bio bath foam was amazing. The swimming pool is separated from the main structure, so you can have privacy and enjoy the landscape, you can also swim looking at the horses or going around for relaxing walks in the nature. The dinner was really good, with top quality ingredients and perfect served by the maître. Also the breakfast was amazing, outside, with local high-quality products. And finally, the staff was kind and polite, especially Francesca and Florent.

A real jewel in the crown ... Stunning accommodation, beautiful surroundings and staff who do everything they can to make your stay as fabulous as possible. Our luggage was lost on arrival into Montpellier and the hotel quickly furnished us with everything we needed which significantly helped reduce a stressful situation. Special thanks to Pascal, the Chef, who created the most wonderful dining experiences night after night. Thank you everyone at Domaine De Biar and we shall definitely be returning. Yvette & Michael.
