Very friendly and sufficient service in a very well kept place. Most important at this times, very clean in to detail. Even the pens you used at the check in.got sanitized before they where given to another guest. Breakfast you could book a table in the breakfast room or opt to get it brought up in the room for a small charge. There was a very good selection to choose from starting from healthy cereals up to a full English breakfast. Dinner could be ordered from the restaurant downstairs which again was brought up in the room for a little extra charge or just go out and have a look around in nearby restaurants. The in house supermarket made it easy to serve for the small appetite in between.
Went for 3 nights and must say that we were really impressed with this boutique hotel. Breakfast , rooms, cleanliness and service was extremely good. Well done do the dedicated owners

just spent 2 nights at this beautiful hotel, staff was professional and polite, amazing breakfast with plenty of choices. We got a standard room that was comparable to a 5 stars structure, massive bath tub and bed and super clean. The fact that is on top of a shopping mall it's a plus.
Overall very happy with the Duke! Rooms are clean and adequate. Breakfast included different amuse bouche every day. Very attentive staff.
As other reviewers have mentioned, be aware that this hotel is right downtown. There will be noise from street level and courtyard (especially children playing early morning). Sleeping in would be challenging but since I am up early it was no problem.
