Remarkable service the staff is amazing , they are ready to help and spot on. Considering the Covid situation they manage to make you feel well cared for. The hotel is beautifully decorated.
Very nice and helpful staff! The Location is close to the bay and to several Restaurants. Great Swimmingpool on top of the roof!
Nice clean rooms with the the usual tea/coffee making facilities. TV with English channels, super king beds which although comfy left you a bit achy after a few days. Good bathroom with walk in shower. The hotel has a small pool in the basement with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. It also has a roof pool though this was closed during out visit (November). The staff were very nice and helpful and even left fruit and wine in our room as it was my birthday during our visit. The position of the hotel is good with plenty of restaurants nearby. The bus stop within 5 minutes walk as we're supermarkets. The only issue we had was it got quite noisy at weekends due to the bars nearby. These got very busy and very loud.
Really enjoyed my say. I stayed for about a week for work. Room was spacious, nicely furnished and modern. Most importantly it was quiet and clean. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and courteous, reception, housekeeping, plumber, restaurant waiter.
Lent me an umbrella on a rainy day and an iron + ironing board on request.
I didn't like the reed diffuser in the room. I felt the smell was overpowering, especially if you had to use the desk to work a bit, so I asked the staff to remove it.
Location wise it was great. Centrally located you can get to many places by foot, including tonnes of fantastic restaurants near by. Or a quick ride with a Bolt (like Uber) and you can get anywhere quick.
I would recommend this place and stay again!
Great hotel in the center of Malta. Rooms are nice and the rooftop pool is quiet, good place to rest a bit. Value for money is ok.
