I booked a superior room with jacuzzi for 2 days. Room was outstanding.
People on front desk were very polite and helpful.
But restaurant was not worth.
I ordered a chicken dish. I was of 13 euros and when it came it was a small chicken pastizi that you can find in any pastizi shop in 2 euros. My gf ordered ravioli and got 3 pieces of ravioli that were not properly cooked.
Excellent customer service from Cesca’s Boutique Hotel. After having booked the Superior Double room for 3 nights, I got a call 2 weeks prior that they would be unable to accommodate us in the Superior room. Instead, we were offered a stay in the Queen room, being the most expensive room in the hotel, at no extra charge. To our surprise, when I was ready to pay at check-out, we were informed that the stay would be fully complementary rather than just the room upgrade being complementary.
This surprise went hand-in-hand with an amazing hotel experience, cosy rooms, quiet location, excellent room service and a varied but safe breakfast given these COVID times. I would fully recommend a stay at Cesca’s next time you think about a quick escape from your hectic life.
Staff was very helpful, very spacious room (room 301) and clean.
to particular complaints, the only reason why 4 stars is that the balcony is situated under the pool area and a smoker disposed from his cigarette bud and ash into our balcony.
